Jaz­zfest is already under­way (the free open­ing week­end at Old Mar­ket Square start­ed last night and runs til Sun­day) and I’ve got Jodi from Mise en Scene who are releas­ing Still Life on Fire at The Good Will as part of the fes­ti­val, as well as gui­tarist Kei­th Price who will be per­form­ing with his Dou­ble Quar­tet to close off the fest on June 24^th. Also on the 24^th is Pup-Stock, a fundrais­er for Man­i­to­ba Mutts and I talk to orga­niz­er Josh Kostelnyk.
