    In town to play the 2019 Big Fun Fes­ti­val, Polaris nom­i­nat­ed duo Part­ner stopped by UMFM to lay down three tracks before their show at the Good Will.

  • Lost As Found

    Lost as Found is an unsigned inde­pen­dent acoustic solo-project. 27 year old Dan­na Pond records her music with her beloved 


    Dan­na is a singer-song­writer and artist pro­vid­ing many of the lyrics and vocals for Lost as Found. From Ste.Anne Man­i­to­ba, she describes her­self as an overzeal­ous pan­the­ist les­bian, and a hope­less roman­tic with a flair for unnec­es­sar­i­ly dra­mat­ic forms of self-expres­sion.

    After stop­ping by the stu­dio this last week, Lost As Found gave us an incred­i­ble per­for­mance and some real­ly cool mashups! Check it out here!

    Mul­ti-faceted and mul­ti-tal­ent­ed artist James Cul­leton appeared live on Plan­et Main­stage to play some sea­son­al favourites.

    Crooked Broth­er Jesse Matas is set to release his solo album, Tamarock, at the West End Cul­tur­al Cen­tre on Fri­day, Novem­ber 9th. He stopped by to play some tracks from the record and chat. The com­plete ses­sion with the inter­view will air Fri­day on TGIFR between 7 – 7:30PM CT.

    Fea­tur­ing mem­bers of Pink Slips, Bad­pants, Gold Moun­tain and Bearfight, Win­nipeg quar­tet Death Cas­sette are set to play at The Good Will on Fri­day Sep­tem­ber 7th.
