    Local syn­th­wave artist Night Dan­ger played a live impro­vised set on a spe­cial Pledge-O-Rama edi­tion of Super Synth.

  • Death Cassette

    Fea­tur­ing mem­bers of Pink Slips, Bad­pants, Gold Moun­tain and Bearfight, Win­nipeg quar­tet Death Cas­sette are set to play at The Good Will on Fri­day Sep­tem­ber 7th.

  • North Graffiti

    Local quar­tet North Graf­fi­ti have more than a full album’s worth of songs in the can, but only two sin­gles out so far. Here’s a chance to hear more from a band who take inspi­ra­tion from the likes of The Clash and The Gaslight Anthem in advance of their Sep­tem­ber 7th show at The Good Will.

  • Velodrome

    Local trio Velo­drome slayed a quar­tet of riff-heavy tracks with our man Dobbs. Their new EP Crea­t­ur­al is avail­able now on Band­camp.

  • Dendrons

    Chica­go noise-pop / psych trio Den­drons stopped by UMFM while on a mid-west / Prairie tour that saw them play at Club St. B while in town and record­ed some exclu­sive mix­es with our man Dobbs.

  • Bloom

    Orig­i­nal­ly from Selkirk, but now based in Hamil­ton, Bloom rolled through Win­nipeg while on tour and made time for a stop at UMFM’s live room to lay down a four-song set before head­ing out to Rain­bow Trout.

  • Suburban Hypocrites

    Local quar­tet Sub­ur­ban Hyp­ocrites came in to do a mam­moth sev­en song ses­sion with our bud­dy Dobbs. You can catch the band on Sep­tem­ber 17th at the Wind­sor when they open for Mon­tréal band The Peelers.
