What is CJUM's Mandate?
Since our revitalization in 1998 CJUM has been providing a diverse range of music, talk and specialty programming to the Winnipeg community. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer an alternative form of media for our listeners by providing a forum for music and voices that may otherwise go without.
Does CJUM air community announcements or PSA's?
If you would like to have a Public Service Announcement read on air (several are read every hour) then email us at psa@umfm.com or fax us at 204−269−1299. Please include the PSA in the body of the email. We do not open attachments. Also, please make sure the PSA is written for broadcast use, refrain from using the first person (I, we, us, etc.) or put the event information in who/what/where/when/why form with the appropriate contact information.
Who do I talk to at CJUM about advertising?
You can speak with our Station Manager, Jared McKetiak, and he can fill you in on the station’s advertising rates, send you our rate card, or discuss any other queries that you may have. You can also check out our advertising page, which includes current rates and other sales-related information.
Whom do I send any comments or questions about CJUM to?

If you have any comments, questions, or inquiries of any other kind that you would like to see addressed by the staff, a committee or a programmer at the station, just drop us a line at info@umfm.com and we’ll do our best to get you the information you’re looking for as soon as possible.
I'm coming in to CJUM for an interview, how do I get to your station from downtown?

Now that I'm at the University Of Manitoba to visit CJUM, where should I park?
You’ve got a couple of different options, but your best bet is to consult the U of M’s parking website to get the low down on the current parking procedures when it comes to visitor parking. You can also download the campus parking map.
