Festival du Voyageur and Canada's Walk of Fame present Charlotte Cardin
Canada’s Walk of Fame, with support from the Richardson Foundation, is presenting a jam-packed night celebrating Canadian music at the 51st annual Festival du Voyageur in Winnipeg on Thursday, February 20. This exciting event demonstrates the expansion and growth of Canada’s Walk of Fame’s national platform, reaching more and more communities across the country with its initiatives. In addition to a headlining performance by pop-jazz songstress Charlotte Cardin, this night will feature 2019 RBC Emerging Musician Program Grand Prize winner and indie-pop artist BAYLA (Montréal), together with Second Prize winner Shylo Sharity (Vancouver) and Finalists Clay and Friends (Montréal), Dave Sampson (Halifax) and The Sun Harmonic (Toronto).
This next generation of breakthrough artists were carefully selected from a group of 1,600 applicants from across Canada in 2019; and this event marks the first time the program will showcase its winners outside of Toronto
