Beyond Riel

Episode 4: The Rich Francophone Culture Across Canada, Part 1

Francophone communities in Canada are diverse but there is one aspect that they all share, a lively local culture. For the Francophone community in Manitoba its cultural events such as the Festival du Voyageur unite the community even during the coldest weeks of the year. On today’s episode, we explore the cultural events and organizations in Manitoba and across Canada that bring together Francophones to perform, sing, and socialize. To talk about these ideas today is Gabriel Tougas.
