Today, we’re pre-record­ed because I’m off rid­ing in the MS Bike Tour, which sees me and a whole bunch of fit peo­ple ride from Stonewall to Gim­li, and back again. So how does an over­weight, out of shape, nerd like myself man­age such a task? Why, with the right music, of course! Today, we take a lis­ten to some of the songs in my ​“Moti­va­tors” playlist, which def­i­nite­ly rocks a lit­tle hard­er than we’re used to on a Sun­day after­noon. Plus, you’ve heard all those dog songs, even our pal Stu’s cat songs, but how about mon­key songs! That’s right, in hon­our of one of the few words that Jere­my can actu­al­ly say pret­ty clear­ly, he sits in on the show and plays a whole set of songs about his favourite ani­mal (we think), monkeys!
