May 17, 2017 marks the 50 Year Anniversary that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke at the steps of Sproul Hall to a large gathering in Sproul Plaza on the campus of the University of California Berkeley.

Sproul Hall is the undergraduate Admissions building that became Internationally famous when the Free Speech Movement lead by the charismatic Mario Savio was launched in 1964. Sproul Plaza at UC Berkeley is still the major student hub for rallys and other student activity.

On this 50th Anniversary occasion, lets listen to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at a time when The United States was involved in a long War in Vietnam.

This speech was deliverd on May 171967.
