Trib­ute To Com­pos­er Hen­ry Manci­ni-one of the most pro­lif­ic com­posers and arranger for film and pop­u­lar music and jazz ever. He was born in April 16, 1924 in Clev­land, Ohio, and passed away in 1994, In 2004 he was hon­ored by the U.S. Postal Ser­vice with a stamp com­m­mem­o­rat­ing life­time achieve­ments in film music, and to cel­e­brate the 40th anniver­sary of the film The Pink Pan­ther’. . In his life­time, he won 4 Acad­e­my Awards with 18 nom­i­na­tions, 20 Gram­my Awards with 72 No ina­tions!. He also cap­tured 2 Emmy Awards, 1 Gold­en Globe Award (9 Nom­i­na­tions). He also record­ed over 90 albums with styles rang­ingf from big band jazz to cla­si­cal to pop, 8 of which were cer­ti­fied gold.
