The Cli­mate Atlas of Cana­da access­es the data and through their web­site allows users to dis­play the impact in any region in Cana­da due to cli­mate change. Dr. Dan­ny Blair explains how cli­mate mod­els work and how the results help to bet­ter under­stand the risks we are all tak­ing by delay­ing our tran­si­tion to a renew­able ener­gy world. From how many days above 34 degrees Cel­sius farm­ers will expe­ri­ence which will affect their crops, to changes in rain pat­terns, the atlas shows what will hap­pen based on cli­mate mod­el pre­dic­tions.
