This year, the festival will include a new community outreach event on Sunday, featuring free concerts at the Ukrainian Connection Bandstand in Portage la Prairie’s Island Park. Regular programming, workshops, jam sessions, and tent camping will take place at Cottonwood Acres outside of Portage la Prairie, the main festival site, on Saturday.

We are excited to welcome back music lovers from across Manitoba and beyond to experience the unique atmosphere of Whoop & Hollar,” adds Wright.
