The 2023 TD Win­nipeg Inter­na­tion­al Jazz Fes­ti­val has some­thing for every type of Jazz fan as their Club Series takes over the his­toric Roy­al Albert Arms from Wednes­day June 21st through Sat­ur­day June 24th.

Bassist Mari­ka Galea is adept on both the elec­tric and upright bass, wring­ing a soul­ful sound from both instru­ments and draw­ing the best out of her fel­low musi­cians as a band­leader. Fans have said her orig­i­nal tunes ​“slap” and on Wednes­day June 21st Win­nipeg­gers will have a chance to hear it for them­selves as Galea per­forms to help kick off the Club Series.
